Error connecting to remote license server

I get the following error when trying to run the lightstreamer server (I am not behind a proxy server or firewall), what am i doing wrong. I edited config file and placed my trial clientid in there.

Hi,

it seems that Lightstreamer is not able to reach the Internet (or at least our license server) is this possible?
