Finding User name

I'm a beginner in web programming. I want to get live data to use in the FOREX API with python. I tried to get the data, but I don't know what the LS_user should be in the POST request for Creating the Stream Connection. Can someone help me to do this?

Lightstreamer just acts as a transport of your data in this case.
