using lightstreamer on shared server
Hi,
I am using an externet domain hosting company say godady.com, ixwebhosting.
How can I used/install lightstreamer on such external domain hosting account. It's a windows hosting account. I do not have access to c:\ directory. Please help. Thx

Hi,
Lightstreamer is a stand-lone server, so you need to be able to install arbitrariy applications on that machine. You also need to install the Java JDK, as Lightstreamer Server need a Java run-time to work.
in other words, you cannot use web hosting, but you need housing, co-location, or cloud computing (that is, a dedicated real or virtual machine where you have full control).
