    Lightstreamer closes connections

We have a Lightstreamer app which has stopped working recently and we are at a loss as to why. The clients are adamant that nothing has changed ... of course we believe them ;-) Unfortunately they are based in Japan so it is proving difficult to check their systems,

The data adapter now receives a request from the client, but then immediately closes the connection. The console output is:

    15:11:07 23:11:41,615 <INFO> Controlling session S1183779174N1 from <ip_address>:3568
    15:11:07 23:11:41,674 <INFO> Closed connection from <ip_address>:3568

Has anyone come across a similar situation before? Lightstreamer is listening on port 80, but what is port 3568? Could this be a problem with a firewall configuration perhaps?

    Thanks,

    Richard

    Hi Richard,

    3568 is the client port.

Can you attach a larger portion of the log file, from session startup to termination? You could also increase the log level.

    Cheers,

    Alessandro
