Outside of the comments found in Lightstreamer_conf.xml, do you have documentation that discusses the configuration items in more detail, best practices for setting values for these configuration items, and how to tune Lightstreamer performance using these configuration items?

I confirm you that the Lightstreamer_conf.xml is auto-documented and every parameter has detailed explaination in the comments above them.
Anyway, you can refer to "General Concepts" document for basic concepts of Lightstreamer or you can look in this forums for specific tuning related topics.
