Yes; just put more directories in the "adapters" directory.
However, each client session can only refer to a single Data Adapter.
The above constraint will be removed starting with Server version 3.5
(which, at the time I'm writing, is expected to be released in a few weeks).

I am using 4.1.0 trail version of light streamer server, but I am not able to connect with 2 adapters configred in one client session.

where are you stuck?
note that you can use multiple data adapters on a single client session but only one metadata adapter.

Were you able to correctly configure an adapters.xml file to use more than one data adapter? (the demo adapter set that comes preinstalled uses this approach)

Client side you have to configure the adapter set on the session and then specify the data adapter to use on the table objects, which client technology are you using?
