Cross domain capability
Hi,
I am just testing Lightstreamer 3.4.4 and came across a remark in the Web Client Dev Guide: in case of separate lightstreamer server and external web server it is fundamental that both servers share the same domain name in the DNS.
Just to go sure (since it may be relevant for us): there is no way to have different domain names?
Best regards
Achim

Hi Achim,
the "same domain" constraint is imposed by the browsers for security reasons, not by Lightstreamer.
I don't think that there is a way to escape this limit, as long as you lean on a browser for the client implementation.
