JMX support for more detailed monitoring ?

Hi,

I used JConsole to check what could be monitored from the Vivace edition but there are certain things I think are important which I couldn't find:

- Current/Max adapter update frequency per item. JMX only shows the overall update frequency I believe. This helps estimate how to deal with a high frequency item.
- ItemUpdateFrequency shows the overall frequency. Would be nice to see it for each subscribed item or group to better adjust the adapter-side frequencies.
- Current Buffer Size for each item. This will help see if there is too much buffering causing delays.

We will certainly keep that in mind when extending the JMX implementation.
