Devloping a new adapter using .NET

Hi,

I am begginer in this LightStream, I installed LS and I saw the samples came with it which are working fine.
Now I want to develop my own simple adapter say, diaplaying the numbers randomley from 1 to 100 on client side using .NET.
Can any one help in achieving this (step by step process) with code.
