DynaScrollTable example

I'm researching possibility to implement some server monitoring functionality, similar to Server Monitor Console example, especially DynaScrollTable.
But it seems that MonitorConsole example source code is not available, or I just looking in the wrong places ?

Just take a look to the html of the MonitoConsole or RSSDemo/miniRSSDEmo. Both demos make use of DynaScrollTable and all the needed javascript is placed inside the index.html file.
